For over 20 years, I have been involved in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management projects around the globe. My focus is on identifying and implementing cost-saving potential - from optimizing bills of materials (BOMs) and efficient planning processes (SIOPs) to digitizing key performance indicators.

Special projects: Relocation of compressor manufacturing from Spain to China; on-site support for the establishment of a joint venture in Voronezh (Russia).

Responsible for strategic and project-based procurement with a focus on identifying and implementing cost savings measures - through suppliers and also internally by improving efficiency.

Special projects: Relocation of a product portfolio consisting of complex plastic components to a BCC.
